New Delhi: SBI Card on Monday declared the dispatch of Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) highlight to ensure zero contact, sans hassle customer onboarding process. This dispatch is in accordance with SBI Card’s undertaking to establish a start to finish paperless, advanced sourcing and onboarding process, India’s largest unadulterated play Visa issuer said in a release.

“VKYC dispatch won’t just substantially affect extortion decrease, yet it will also diminish the cost of the KYC process by almost half,” it said.

According to the release, VKYC process uses techniques such as facial acknowledgment, dynamic confirmation code, live photograph catch facial acknowledgment, and geotagging among others, as commanded by RBI guidelines, making it more safe and secure than physical KYC process.

SBI Card has propelled VKYC following late RBI guidelines allowing the Video-based Customer Identification Process (V-CIP) as a technique for establishing customer personality along with the e-sign process.
