New Delhi: Noted artist Narendra Chanchal passed on Friday (January 22). A few big names like veteran vocalist Lata Mangeshkar, Vishal Dadlani, Daler Mahendi and others communicated sympathies on the demise of the ‘Chalo Bulawa Aaya Hain Mata Ne Bulaya Hain’ artist.
Music writer Vishal Dadlani tweeted, “Shri #NarendraChanchal ji will be recollected perpetually through the melodies he sang. I question anybody will actually approach Vaishnodevi without hearing his voice resonating through the slopes.”
Tunak Tun’ vocalist composed that he is disheartened to hear the news and communicated sympathy. “Profoundly disheartened to discover that notorious and most adored #NarendraChanchal ji has left us for the superb dwelling place. In supplications for his spirit to find happiness in the hereafter. Ardent sympathies to his family and armies of fans.”
VIP cook Kunal Kapoor said that for him Chanchal’s name was equivalent for ‘jagaratas’. He added that Chanchal will consistently be associated with his strict melodies.
