How To Sell Houses Fast Automatically

To be successful in real estate investing, you must sell your houses fast. This is especially important in a buyers market where selling houses takes a long time increasing the holding costs.
It is therefore necessary to use all tools at your disposal to sell your houses fast.
In this article, we look at how to automate the process of getting potential buyers for your houses.
To set the record straight, real estate is a face to face game. Buyers will have to come see the house they are buying.
But you can automate the process of acquiring those buyers so you end up selling your houses faster.
I am a big proponent and user of squeeze pages. A squeeze page promises something you need in exchange for your name and email.
Be sure not to ask for more than name and email or the response will be low.
You end up creating a list of buyers who have money and buy in your local market. Your next deals are likely to be taken by people in your buyers list.
Let us look at some simple examples:
Squeeze Page Example 1:
As a wholesaler, I usually set up a simple squeeze page from my real estate investor website that promises real estate investors access to a list of highly discounted wholesale properties.
Once they provide their name and email, they are instantly redirected to a page with the property listings.
I built my first buyers list with this type of squeeze page. I advertised my properties on our local newspapers and provided a website address instead of a phone number. The website address had a squeeze page.
I built a list of about 200 very responsive buyers.
I sold a few deals to the people in this list.
Squeeze Page Example 2:
To use the second type of squeeze page, it must come incorporated into your real estate investor website.
Once your properties are listed on your website, the summary page shows a list of properties with the estimated market value, sale price, equity, etc.
It provides just enough information to build their interest. They must click "More Details" to see more information. A squeeze form in a lightbox then pops up requesting for name and email to access full details.
This is my favorite and consistently gives me more potential buyers than the first squeeze page.
Autoresponders
Automation is never complete without autoresponders. An autoresponder sends previously written email messages at pre-timed intervals.
For example, once they sign up, they will instantly get an email saying something like "Thank you for joining our buyers list. We will be sending you deals that meet your needs as soon as we get them."
They will continue getting some messages for a few days automatically with helpful information. The goal is to build rapport with them and encourage them to update their profile - phone number, areas they buy from, types of properties, etc.
The information they provide is important for your marketing and ensures buyers get only the properties they are interested in.
